Video: Houston Alexander headbutts Virgil Zwicker, loses a point at Bellator 129

That fight was about as ugly as it gets.

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight attraction Houston Alexander battled late-replacement Virgil Zwicker in the co-main event of Bellator 129: "Bradley vs. Neer" last night (Fri., Oct. 17, 2014) inside the Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

While the "Assassin" was ahead on the scorecards, their Spike TV fight ended in a majority draw after Alexander was docked a point for landing a headbutt midway through their catchweight bout. It was the second time he used his dome while fighting on the ground and Zombie Prophet has the clip.

Alexander ended up with a hematoma for his efforts.

Fans hoping the mixed martial arts (MMA) event would redeem itself with a slam-bang main event were likely disappointed, since Paul Bradley wrestled Josh Neer to the floor and rode out the clock in all three rounds of their headlining fight.
