UFC Fight Night 57 tickets: 'Edgar vs Swanson' seats at Frank Erwin Center in Austin for sale soon

Tickets for UFC Fight Night 57, which is set to go down inside Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas, on Nov. 22, 2014, will go on sale to the general public this Friday (Oct. 17, 2014) at 10 a.m. CT.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Fight Club members and UFC Newsletter subscribers, naturally, will be able to scoop up tickets prior to them being available for public consumption thanks to two separate special pre-sales.

UFC Fight Night 57, at least for now, features a meaningful main event between top-ranked 145-pound contenders, Cub Swanson and Frankie Edgar, the winner of which could earn a crack at the winner of UFC 179's headlining bout between Featherweight kingpin Jose Aldo and Chad Mendes.

Unless, of course, Conor McGregor gets a front ditch.

Elsewhere on the FOX Sports 1-televised card, top Lightweight strikers Bobby Green and Edson Barboza will bang it out for a spot in the crowded 155-pound title chase. Green is the winner of eight straight, including last summer's upset over former Strikeforce champion Josh Thomson. Barboza, meanwhile, is fresh off a technical knockout victory over Evan Dunham back in July.
