After dropping Jake Shields with the stiffest of jabs, Ryan Ford (and his broken arm) looked to be in the driver's seat in the main event of World Series of Fighting (WSOF) 14, which took place on Saturday night (Oct. 11, 2014) in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Unfortunately, the former Strikeforce champion and top Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) welterweight contender weathered the storm and landed a first-round takedown.
