UFC releases full video of Tim Kennedy going nuts on Yoel Romero backstage at UFC 178

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweight Tim Kennedy was irate after getting stopped in the third round of his middleweight fight against Yoel Romero at the UFC 178 pay-per-view (PPV) event last Saturday night (Sept. 27, 2014) inside MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

See how their fight played out here.

Kennedy had Romero on rubber legs at the end of the second stanza and "Soldier of God" was likely saved by the bell. However, once the third round got underway, Romero remained on his stool and awarded himself some extra recovery time. Whether it was shady tactics or an unavoidable set of circumstances, all depends on who you ask.

Either way, a beat-up Kennedy blew a gasket backstage and gave Romero an earful.

Kennedy was contemplating an official appeal, but word came down from Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) Executive Director Bob Bennett that it would likely be a waste of time, so the former Army Ranger is expected to let it drop.

Rematch?
