Mayweather vs Canelo: UFC President Dana White breaks down 'The One'

Ultimate Fighting Championship President Dana White is PUMPED for the Floyd Mayweather vs Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez bout at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

You know who is pumped for Saturday night's (Sept. 14, 2013) bout between Floyd Mayweather and Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez? Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White. White is a diehard boxing fan. I speak from experience as I've witnessed first hand him leaving post-fight press conferences early to watch the highly anticipated bouts, namely Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather.

White was in attendance for Friday afternoon's (Sept. 13, 2013) weigh ins at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Those weigh ins reportedly drew over 12,000 fans, shattering any attendance figures for any combat sports weigh ins.

In this interview with FightHub TV, White talks about his excitement for the fights. Since it's an off week for the UFC, he'll be able to attend the fights and actually enjoy the entire card, a rarity for a man that has been traveling nonstop for the past decade trying to grow the sport of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).

He also brings up a great point in that there doesn't need to be a split between MMA fans and boxing fans. You can enjoy both sports and it doesn't have to be an 'either/or' type situation. I know that all of the writers at MMA Mania are super excited for tomorrow's pay-per-view.
