UFC on FOX 8 drug test results come back clean for 'Johnson vs. Moraga' on July 27 in Seattle

Washington State Department of Licensing tested 10 Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighters who were included on UFC on FOX 8's fight card, which took place at KeyArena in Seattle. The results of those tests are now official.

UFC on FOX 8 drug test results are in from the Washington State Department of Licensing, which today (Aug. 14, 2013) confirmed that 10 mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters on the 24-man fight card tested for illegal/banned substances have all passed with flying colors.

Demetrious Johnson successfully defended his flyweight title with a dominant submission victory over John Moraga in the main event. Both headliners, along with co-main event fighter Rory MacDonald, were screened for performance enhancing drugs (PEDs), such as steroids and drugs of abuse like cocaine and marijuana, among others.

Also coming up aces after competing at the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington, back on July 27, 2013, were main card fighters Jessica Andrade and Mac Danzig. They join "Prelims" combatants Daron Cruickshank, Ed Herman, Germaine de Randamie, Aaron Riley and Yaotzin Meza in the drug-free club.

That means for better or for worse (depending on who you support), the official results stand.
