UFC 162: "Silva vs. Weidman" blew the roof off the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, this past Saturday night (July 6, 2013) featuring a main event of Chris Weidman shocking the world and not only defeating Anderson Silva, taking his middleweight title in the process, but knocking him out.
Cold.
The co-headlining attraction saw Frankie Edgar return to the win column for the first time in four fights, as he earned a hard fought unanimous decision victory over Charles Oliveira for his first success at 145-pounds.
The other three main card bouts saw Tim Kennedy win a snoozer over Roger Gracie, Mark Munoz successfully return to action with a decision victory over Tim Boetsch, and Cub Swanson stop Dennis Siver for his fifth straight trip to the winner's circle.
In cased you missed any or all of it -- or just want to keep the discussion alive -- below are links to all the major storylines borne from Saturday night's event in Las Vegas.
