Georges St. Pierre vs Johny Hendricks staredown: 'Bigg Rigg' won't be remembered as another stepping stone at UFC 167

Just over three months away. Will we see another monumental upset in "Sin City?"

UFC

"I just believe I can beat him. I know what he's gonna do, I know what I can do, let's see if he can defend what I'm gonna do to [him]. There's nowhere in the fight where I can't win. You're either remembered as a UFC welterweight champion, or you're remembered as another stepping stone to Georges St. Pierre."

I've got bad news for all the mixed martial arts (MMA) fans expecting Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Welterweight Champion Georges St. Pierre to run through division number one contender Johny Hendricks, when they hook 'em up at the upcoming UFC 167 pay-per-view (PPV) event on Nov. 16, 2013 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. "Bigg Rigg" already knows what the champ brings to the table (and vice versa, according to this guy) and the bearded brawler believes he can win their 170-pound title contest anywhere the fight goes. Then again, this isn't the first time we've heard this pre-fight declaration and not since Matt Serra shocked the combat sports world back in 2007 have we seen a changing of the guard. Any reason to believe "St. Pierre vs. Hendricks" will be any different?
