Pic: Bellator 100 full poster for ‘Lima vs. Saunders 2' on Sept. 20 in Phoenix

Bellator MMA is currently holding just a few events for the "Summer Series," but on Sept. 20, 2013 the organization will return to full swing with its 100th event for Bellator 100: "Lima vs. Saunders 2" from the Grand Canyon University Arena in Phoenix, Arizona.

Leading the charge will be a welterweight tournament final bout between Douglas Lima and Ben Saunders. The fight will be a rematch from Bellator 57 where Lima earned a second-round (technical) knockout victory.

The rest of the main card will feature the first round of the next 170-pound Bellator tournament.

Longtime Bellator veteran Brent Weedman will meet Justin Baesman, controversial mixed martial arts (MMA) figure War Machina takes on Vaughn Anderson, former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) standout Matt Riddle makes his organizational debut against Sergio Junior and finally, Mark Scanlon goes to battle with Herman Terrado.

It's shaping up to be another solid show for the promotion, which has finally hit its landmark MMA event. For more news and notes on the event, click here.
