UFC Lightweight Champion Ben Henderson earned his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu last night (June 3, 2013) in a ceremony held by MMA Lab in Glendale, Arizona. That's the kind of thing that will come in handy when "Smooth" defends his 155-pound strap against TJ Grant later this year (more on that fight here).
