Dana White: TUF 18 going ‘bad,’ Ronda Rousey and Miesha Tate causing ‘pure f---ing mayhem’ with ‘Ken-Tito’ type drama

Ronda Rousey and Miesha Tate hate each other? No way!

USA TODAY Sports

Breaking news: Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey and 135-pound nemesis Miesha Tate don't like each other.

And having to see each other's mugs every day as rival coaches on the set of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 18 is only making their rivalry grow stronger. In fact, according to company president Dana White, their disdain for one another is getting so bad, he's comparing it to perhaps the biggest rivalry in mixed martial arts (MMA) history.

Tito Ortiz vs. Ken Shamrock.

While most of the drama in recent seasons has occurred inside the TUF house, it seems "Rowdy" and "Cupcake" are taking center stage with their "mayhem."

White broke it down during a recent media scrum; and unlike his usual "it's the best season yet" sales pitch to promote the show based on their rivalry, the Las Vegas fight boss looked rather irate about the whole situation:

"It's going exactly the way you'd expect it to be going, bad! I'm dead serious. Miesha and Ronda hate each other. It's literally crazy drama every day. It's irritating. It's Ken-Tito type stuff. I don't even know if some of the stuff will make TV. It's bad. Those two do not like each other and their camps do not like each other. And it's just pure fucking mayhem every day."

What did you expect?

Tate and Rousey have a well-documented and bitter rivalry dating back to the Strikeforce days when "Rowdy" nearly snapped Miesha's arm in two pieces during their 135-pound title fight in 2012.

But, due to an unfortunate injury to Cat Zingano -- who seems to be Ronda's new ally in her hatred towards Tate -- "Cupcake" will receive the opportunity to exact some revenge on Rousey after they get done wither their obligations on TUF 18, which will air Wednesdays this fall on FOX Sports 1 beginning on Sept. 4, 2013.

And from the sound of it, thanks to all of the drama and potential lesbian hookups, it's truly must see TV.

At least the stuff appropriate enough to make it past the editing room and onto the air.
