Now serving No. 44.
After more than 16 undefeated years on the professional boxing circuit, pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr. will look to add yet another notch to his belt this Saturday (May 4, 2013) when he takes on once-beaten WBC Interim Champion Robert "Ghost" Guerrero from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
A match up between two Top Five-ranked welterweights is deserving of some fanfare, and luckily, Showtime has combat sports fans covered, delivering its third (of four) "All Access" behind-the-scenes video previews for your free viewing pleasure.
Enjoy.
Mayweather, 43-0, will enter the ring for the first time in almost a year, having served nine weeks in prison for domestic abuse. Before his trip to the slammer, he took out Puerto Rican legend Miguel Cotto at Junior Middleweight for the latter's WBA title.
Guerrero, meanwhile, has been busier, jumping up 12 pounds from Lightweight to Welterweight to take out Selcuk Aydin and Andre Berto in 2012. He has not tasted defeat since a 2006 -- a split decision loss at featherweight, which is explained in detail throughout this latest episode.
