Make all the "Al Bundy" jokes you want, but there's a pretty good chance that Ed O'Neil would choke your ass out if given the opportunity.
That's because the Emmy award-winning television and movie star is a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and has been practicing the art of submission fighting for over 20 years.
It should come as no surprise then, to learn that O'Neil has been "tapped" to fill in as color commentator at the upcoming Metamoris Pro Jiu Jitsu Invitational II, taking place on June 9, 2013 live via online pay-per-view from the Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles, California.
"For me, studying jiu-jitsu has been an amazing experience," said O'Neil. "In a way, it's given me a second family. I am honored to serve as a commentator on the Metamoris II card with Rener (Gracie)."
