Get up to speed on all the latest and greatest news and notes from inside the walls of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) from none other than promotion president Dana White.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) held a special media day earlier this afternoon (May 23, 2013) for this weekend's UFC 160: "Velasquez vs. Bigfoot 2" pay-per-view (PPV) event, which is scheduled to take place at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, this Memorial Day weekend (Sat., May 25, 2013).

Immediately after UFC 160's media day, which included the mixed martial arts (MMA) stars of the upcoming show such as Cain Velasquez, Antonio Silva, Junior dos Santos, Mark Hunt, Glover Teixeira and James Te Huna, among others, company president Dana White held court with attending media members for his traditional "scrum."

And as usual, the "Sin City" fight boss had plenty to share, including Vitor Belfort and his controversial testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), UFC's "Code of Conduct," in particular the recent cases of Matt Mitrione and Nate Diaz (more here and here), upcoming events (and possible match ups), former fighter discontent (more here), fight night bonus "stealers" and much, much more.

It's a virtual UFC goody bag!
