Josh Rosenthal is still a free man.
The longtime mixed martial arts (MMA) referee, who was a fixture under the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) banner, was able to reschedule last week's drug sentencing (again) in U.S. District Court in Oakland, California, for July 2, 2013, according to Bloody Elbow.
Rosenthal faces up to 37 months in jail, hefty fines and five years of probation.
That's because the veteran man in black plead guilty to conspiracy to manufacture and distribute marijuana, as well as possession with intent to distribute after federal agents found him running a weed warehouse in "O-Town" with 1,356 marijuana plants.
Estimated street value? More than $6 million.
Until then, Rosenthal has been keeping busy with his officiating duties, most recently as referee for the Showdown Fights 11 main event between Justin Buchholz vs. Gordon Bell earlier this month in Utah.
