The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is all set to blow the roof off the Arena Jaragua in Jaragua do Sul, Brazil, with its latest cable television offering, UFC on FX 8: "Belfort vs. Rockhold" featuring Vitor Belfort and Luke Rockhold finally settling their differences inside the Octagon.
