Resurrection Fighting Alliance (RFA), the self-admitted "feeder league" to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), is gearing up for event number eight since its inception as "Pettis vs. Curran" goes down on June 21, 2013 in Milwaukee, Winsonsin.
Leading the charge is arguably the best main event RFA has put together to date as Jeff Curran, brother to current Bellator MMA featherweight champion Pat Curran, makes his promotional debut against one of the most highly touted flyweight prospects in the game today, Segio Pettis, brother of top UFC lightweight and featherweight contender Anthony Pettis.
The co-main event of the evening will see undefeated Team Alpha-Male product Lance Palmer return to the RFA cage against Bellator MMA and Shark Fights veteran Jared Downing.
A number of other bouts are either in the works or already announced for the card, which airs at 10 p.m. ET on AXS TV. For the latest version of the RFA 8 card, click here.
It's shaping up to be another solid show for the growing promotion, so be sure to check it out.
