Too harsh?
The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) "Smashes" runner-up, Colin Fletcher, is a little bummed that ZUFFA decided to cut him from the world's largest mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion after just one "official" fight.
Welcome to a post-Jon Fitch UFC.

The 8-3 "Freakshow" upended fellow lightweight hopefuls Ben Wall and Richie Vaculik on the combat sports reality show; however, he was unable to seal the deal in a decision loss against Norman Parke at the UFC on FX 6 live finale last December.
Fletcher followed up that defeat by getting outpointed by Mike Ricci at UFC 158 in Montreal.
UFC President Dana White promised to "spill more blood" when it came to the current fighter roster, which means it doesn't take much these days to earn your walking papers.
Still ... too soon?
