The official weigh in event for UFC on FUEL TV 9: "Mousasi vs. Latifi" went down earlier today (Fri., April 5, 2013) from the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden.
All fighters scheduled to compete on tomorrow's Facebook/FUEL TV fight card made weight without incident.
UFC on FUEL TV 9 features a reworked main event between Gegard Mousasi, who makes his Octagon debut, against Ilir Latifi, who will be doing the same on short notice thanks to Alexander Gustafsson suffering a cut in training just one week ago.
In other main card mixed martial arts (MMA) action, Matt Mitrione will lock heavyweight horns with Philip De Fries, while the prodigious Ryan Couture will make his promotional debut opposite nine-fight UFC veteran and The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 9 winner, Ross Pearson, in a lightweight affair.
