And so it begins...

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones is all set to defend his 205-pound crown against unlikely division number one contender Chael Sonnen in the main event of the UFC 159: "Jones vs. Sonnen" pay-per-view (PPV) event this Saturday night (April 27, 2013) from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

Jones has been relatively low key in his promotion of this weekend's fisticuffs. Not that it matters, since Sonnen has done enough talking for the both of them, bombing ESPN with his brand of mixed martial arts (MMA) shtick and reciting poetry when the situation calls for it.

We'll see if it pays off this weekend.

Also talking the talk (and soon to be walking the walk) are middleweight strikers Michael Bisping vs. Alan Belcher. "The Count" can give as good as he gets, which has made their pre-fight promotion fairly even, considering how much flak he's gotten from "The Talent" in recent weeks.
