Later today (April 19, 2013) in San Antonio, Texas, boxing superstars Canelo Alvarez and Austin Trout tipped the scales at around 3 p.m. ET to make tomorrow night's 154-pound bout for the unified super welterweight world championship.

All fighters hit their respective weights without incident.

In addition to the main event, the card will also feature a solid match-up of up-and-coming undefeated lightweights in Pan American silver medalist Abner Cotto taking on 23-year-old Omar Figueroa.
