TUF 17 Finale UFC results: Travis Browne knocks out Gabriel Gonzaga

It didn't take long for Travis Browne to take care of business against Gabriel Gonzaga at tonight's (Sat., April 13, 2013) The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 17 Finale in Las Vegas, Nevada. Here's how he did it.

The heavyweights represented on the main card of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 17 Finale tonight (Sat., April 13, 2013) at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, as Gabriel Gonzaga looked to continue his recent career resurrection against Travis Browne, himself looking to rebound from a crushing knockout loss to Antonio Silva late last year.

Really, though, this was just supposed to be a fun match-up between two big men who are more than willing to leave it all in inside the Octagon. Plus, you can count on a knockout when the big fellas get to banging around in the cage.

Thankfully, that's exactly what we got.

Browne went for a high kick early and Gonzaga ducked under for a takedown. He never got it, but he wouldn't quit and pushed "Hapa" up against the fence to work for a double leg. The Hawaiian took the opportunity to unleash a series of devastating elbows that put the Brazilian out cold.

We're talking limp. Like, no longer able to understand what is happening around him.

That's one hell of a way to rebound after a similarly crushing loss, wouldn't you say?
