There isn't one, now that we know Anderson Silva will finally return to the Octagon at (gasp) 185 pounds to defend his strap against Chris Weidman at the UFC 162 pay-per-view (PPV) event on July 6, 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada (details here).
That takes care of number one and number two.
