UFC 161 tickets for sale soon for June 15 event at MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

Tickets for the upcoming UFC 161 pay-per-view (PPV) event, which was recently made official for the MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, on Sat., June 15, 2013, will go on sale to the general public on Fri., April 12, 2013.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Fight Club members and UFC Newsletter subscribers, naturally, will be able to scoop up tickets prior to them being available for public consumption thanks to two separate special pre-sales.

The only bout currently official for UFC 161 is the light heavyweight rematch between Antonio Rogerio Nogueira vs. Mauricio Rua; however, Dan Henderson is also expected to hook 'em up against Rashad Evans while Jake Shields vs. Tyron Woodley do battle in welterweight action.

General tickets sale: Fri., April 12

UFC 161 tickets can be purchased through StubHub.com (Note: StubHub often has seats available even if the event is "sold out"). It will also be available to watch on PPV at 10 p.m. ET on fight night.
