Breaking news! Jon Jones reveals 'life changing' moment

Looks like UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones wasn't kidding when he said his life was about to change. Here's why.

Scott Cunningham

Jon Jones just gave birth to a "beast."

Hey, those are his words, not mine. Turns out the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Light Heavyweight Champion is a proud papa (again) after his significant other birthed "Olivia," a six pound, 10 ounce little girl who made her presence known about two weeks earlier than expected.

From his official Twitter:

At 11 o'clock sharp we gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, her name is Olivia Haven Jones!!! My girl was a total stud! One big push, a whole lot of screaming and out comes Olivia. Guys Liv is so pretty! She has a head full of hair and is sucking on this tit like a champ. Two weeks early, 6 lbs. 10 oz.... 20 inches long #beast

Congratulations to the "Bones" family. Life changing indeed.

Jones can keep the good feelings going if he can successfully defend his 205-pound strap against fellow Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 17 coach Chael Sonnen in the main event of UFC 159, which goes down on April 27, 2013 from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

If nothing else, we can at least add one more fan to the Jones cheering section.
