"I would like to fight as soon as possible - [against a] top five or whatever man."
-- Soft-spoken Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) heavyweight contender Mark Hunt announced at the UFC on FUEL TV 8: "Silva vs. Stann" post-fight press conference (watch it here) that he wants to fight one of the top five fighters in his weight class following his third-round knockout victory over Stefan Struve in Japan. "The Super Samoan" currently holds longest UFC win-streak of any fighter in his division, and with that type of record in hand Hunt is pushing towards the title. While the 37-year-old appears to be nearing or at his peak as a mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter, his age could cause his hot-streak to end at any time, which means now is the time for Hunt to capitalize on his recent success. According to the official UFC rankings, the top-five of the heavyweight division currently consists of champion Cain Velasquez, Junior dos Santos, Fabricio Werdum Daniel Cormier and Antonio Silva. Is Hunt ready for that level of competition? Or should he given more time to round out his game before facing the murderer's row that blocks his past to the title?
