Bellator Fighting Championships returns TONIGHT (March 21, 2013) at the Androscoggin Bank Colisée in Lewiston, Maine, with a title shot at lightweight champion Michael Chandler on the line.
MMAmania.com will provide LIVE blow-by-blow, round-by-round coverage of Bellator 93 below, beginning with the Spike TV telecast at 10 p.m. ET. In addition, we'll deliver up-to-the-minute quick results of all the undercard action much earlier in the evening (beginning at 8 p.m. ET), as well as a live stream of the preliminary action.
Headlining the main event will be a Bellator season seven lightweight tournament final between Dave Jansen and Marcin Held. Both men were originally supposed to fight last season, but Held was forced out of the bout when he was too young (20) to enter the casino and compete for that $100,000 and the shot at the title. After rescheduling, both men are finally going to settle their business in the cage.
Also on tap will be a light heavyweight contest between top prospect Ryan Martinez and recent tournament finalist Travis Wiuff. Both men will be looking to potentially earn a berth in the next 205-pound tournament if they can score an impressive win.
Lastly, former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) veteran Marcus Davis will step into the cage against the always entertaining Waachiim Spiritwolf in a welterweight showdown that is almost guaranteed to get the fans on their collective feet. A planned bout between Brett Rogers and Eric Prindle was scratched this week because of injury.

Hemmi here!
155 lbs.: Marcin Held vs. Dave Jensen
Round one: Leg kick from Jansen and a right as Held looks to close the distance and get inside. Held has control of the cage center early and he wings a couple hooks as both men trade strikes on the inside with Held landing some nice uppercuts from the clinch. Held grabs a body lock along the fence but Jansen has two overhooks and is fending him off for now. Held changes levels and might be stuck in a guillotine but Jansen gives up on it and they go back to work in the clinch. Jansen works some knees to the thighs before disengaging. Outside leg kick from Jansen and both men trade some straight punches. Jansen is looking for that lead left hook but Held is doing a good job of fending him off with his straight right. Held lands some more good shots and they clinch again. Held walks him down with more punches and he's in control at the moment. Good knee from Jansen but Held pops him with a right hand. They clinch along the fence and Held drops down but Jansen makes him back off with a guillotine. Good right uppercut from Jansen and a leg kick at the end of the round but Held got the better of most of the exchanges. 10-9 Held
Round two: Held comes out aggressively looking for more strikes and Jansen grabs a guillotine as he's taken down. Held slips free and passes to side control, throwing a couple elbows. Jansen attacks with a D'Arce choke and Held goes for the leg. Jansen stacks him up and drops some right hands, forcing Held to roll but Jansen stays with it and drops some more hammer fists. Held finally gives up on the submissions and Jansen passes straight to mount. Jansen tries to posture up but Held scrambles and goes for an arm, then a knee. Jansen escapes and drops some punches. Good right hands from Jansen and Held rolls for another leg, but Jansen is staying right on him. Big right hands from Jansen and Held is fading a bit now. Elbow from Jansen and he throws huge shots to the body and an elbow to the face. Held looks for another kneebar then a heel hook and Jansen drops more punches until the round finishes. 10-9 Jansen
Round three: Big leg kick from Jansen and then another. Held looks really tired. Right hand from Jansen and then an uppercut. Held is moving like he's in quicksand. Leg kick from Jansen and Held is exhausted. If Held survives this round I'll be shocked. Big left hand from Jansen and then an uppercut. Another combo from Jansen and he's got a ton left in the tank to beat the hell out of Held this round. Held dives for a takedown and he gets it. Jansen rolls for a sweep and gets back to his feet. Held again goes for a takedown but Jansen takes top position easily. Jansen has half the round to work here and he drops an elbow to the body. Held fishes for an armbar and transitions to an omaplata/toehold but Jansen twists and punches his way free. Held attacks with an inverted heel hook and Jansen throws a backfist and then starts dropping elbows on Held's face. Jansen postures up and drops some heavy punches. Held needs a miracle and Jansen tries to throw some punches in the final 10 seconds but his arm is tied up. 10-9 Jansen
Final Result: Dave Jansen defeats Marcin Held via unanimous decision (29-28 x3)

265 lbs.: Ryan Martinez vs. Travis Wiuff
Round one: Martinez snaps a right jab then comes over the top with a big left hand. He follows with a right hook and Wiuff goes down along the fence. A couple more shots on the ground and this fight is over. Gotta feel for Wiuff with two straight quick TKO losses in Bellator.
Final Result: Ryan Martinez defeats Travis Wiuff via knockout (punches) at 0:18 of round one

170 lbs.: Waachiim Spiritwolf vs. Marcus Davis
Round one: Both men get off to a tentative start in a feeling-out process. Davis has control of the cage center and he throws a high kick but it's blocked and Spiritwolf responds with a leg kick. More kicks from both men and Spiritwolf drops down for a takedown but Davis sprawls. Davis fends him off with a guillotine choke and actually forces Spiritwolf to give up on the takedown and try to stop it. 10-9 Davis
Round two: Davis opens strong, landing a heavy left hand to counter a leg kick from Spiritwolf. Both men land left hands but Spiritwolf gets the better of the exchange. They clinch and Spiritwolf is trying to right himself and Davis throws a hard knee right up the middle and it lands to the groin.
Spiritwolf takes the entire five minutes and he's still in a lot of pain. The crowd isn't happy, but the fight is stopped as Spiritwolf can't continue.
Final Result: The bout is ruled a no contest (incidental groin strike in round two
