Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) held its weigh in event earlier tonight (March 1, 2013) in Japan for those fighters competing at UFC on FUEL TV 8: "Silva vs. Stann," which is scheduled to take place tomorrow night (March 2) live on free television.

"Silva vs. Stann" will feature a light heavyweight bangfest pitting PRIDE FC legend Wanderlei Silva against American war hero Brian Stann in the main event of the evening. UFC on FUEL TV 8 will also feature a lightweight contest that pits Diego Sanchez vs. Takanori Gomi while Mark Hunt tries to dazzle the Japanese fans by trading leather with fellow heavyweight striker Stefan Struve.
