The official weigh in event for UFC 157: "Rousey vs. Carmouche" took place TODAY (Fri., Feb. 22, 2013) from the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.
Outside of Nah-Shon Burrell badly missing weight in the first tip of the scale of the night, everyone else hit their marks without incident.
"Rousey vs. Carmouche" will make history as the promotion's first-ever female champion, bantamweight badass Ronda Rousey, puts her 135-pound title on the line against ex-Strikeforce contender Liz Carmouche.
In the co-main event, former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Lyoto Machida battles Dan Henderson for the chance to leapfrog Alexander Gustafsson en route to a 205-pound title shot against the winner of Jon Jones vs. Chael Sonnen, who throw down at UFC 159 in April.
Also in action will be a scrappy bantamweight brouhaha pitting longtime veteran and former World Extreme Cagefighting (WEC) kingpin Urijah Faber against the venerable Ivan Menjivar.
