UFC President Dana White Q&A full video replay from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland

And here you thought the only thing Irish people cared about was drinking...

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White was in Dublin, Ireland, earlier this week to become an Honorary Patron of the Phil. What does that mean, exactly? No, it's not Phil Baroni. I'll let the official website explain.

The University Philosophical Society, (aka The Phil), is Trinity College's premier student society. Founded in the 17th century, initially as a paper-reading society for the "discourse of philosophy, mathematics, and other polite literature," the society has since evolved to incorporate a wider range of activities in modern times.

Like cage fighting!

White was honored for "revolutionizing" the sport of mixed martial arts (MMA) and "establishing UFC as the #4 overall sports brand on Facebook, as well as his philanthropic activities, donations and awards, including Nevada Sportsman of the Year (2009), and the Patriot Award of the Armed Forces Foundation."

That could explain why he has 2.4 million Twitter followers.

The actual Q&A is worth watching, but don't expect to see that "bad attack" of Meniere's Disease. That wouldn't be very patronly.
