UFC Fight for the Troops 3 aired live on Fox Sports 1 on Wednesday night (Nov. 6, 2013) from a hangar at Fort Campbell in Kentucky. In the main event, Tim Kennedy was able to stun the mixed martial arts (MMA) world with a first round knockout of Rafael Natal.
The finish sent Kennedy upwards in the official Ultimate Fight Championship (UFC) middleweight rankings and had UFC President Dana White promise that the Army Special Forces veteran would be facing a top tiered opponent in his next outing for the promotion.
The night featured some of the most vicious knockouts of the year and some truly gruesome bouts that saw fighters spilling blood all over the canvas.
All of the action was captured by a "phantom camera" which allows for a slo-mo highlight reel of all of the night's action.
