Manny Pacquiao got back into the win column (55-5-2) this past Sat., Nov. 23, 2013, at The Venetian in Macau, China, when he topped Brandon Rios in the main event of a 147-pound WBO International Welterweight title fight on HBO pay-per-view (PPV).
It was a vintage performance from "Pacman", one that emphatically announced his return to prominence, as if he ever left.
Rios was considered a powerful puncher with an eager overaggressive nature that would either perfectly play into Pacquiao's hand(s) and lead to a resurrection of the Filipino fighting hero's failing career or give "Bam Bam" a distinct advantage through sheer fearlessness and overwhelming force.
