Anderson Silva watch: UFC 'Spider' nets custom luxury watch sponsor Hublot (pic)

Swiss luxury watch maker Hublot is going to be releasing a limited edition line of Anderson "Spider" Silva watches. Silva joins the ranks of a select group of athletes involved with this watchmaker and can add this to his growing list of endorsements.

Kobe Bryant, Ferrari, Jay-Z, Usain Bolt and former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva. What do they all have in common? Ultra luxury watchmaker Hublot now has a custom watch for all of them.

"The Spider" tweeted the good news this morning.

For those of us unaware, much like the author was before these tweets, Hublot makes terribly expensive watches for the ultra rich. Their watches average approximately $25,000 each, and they climb all the way up to the most expensive watch in the world, the "5 Million."

Hublot joins Nike, Burger King, 9INE and the soccer club Corinthians as partners in the Silva sponsor train, which rolls into a Chris Weidman rematch at UFC 168 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Tick-tock, tick-tock.
