Ultimate Fighting Championship (UGFC) Welterweight Champion Georges St-Pierre was "going crazy" and couldn't sleep from "so much stress" he was having prior to his most recent title defense (details).
Turns out, all he needed was a vacation.
"Rush" tweeted that he's "happy and well" following a controversial split-decision win over Johny Hendricks in the UFC 167 pay-per-view (PPV) main event, which took place last Saturday night (Nov. 16, 2013) at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada (watch it).
And he couldn't have done it without "Bigg Rigg."
Johny and I gave you the Fight of the Night- hope you enjoyed it! Forget all the rumors- on vacation, happy & well!!! pic.twitter.com/GVZHLcutTn

Face value?
The mixed martial arts (MMA) community has been abuzz following an avalanche of post-fight rumors, all of which attempted to explain the specific personal issues that plagued the French-Canadian in recent weeks. They include an unplanned pregnancy, deathly-ill relatives and multi-million dollar lawsuits.
St-Pierre has asked you to forget all about them (it's what the aliens would want).
He apparently has, frolicking on the beach and planning his next move. But what about all that talk about taking time off to deal with all of his personal problems? And will he accept an immediate rematch against Hendricks? Seems like the champ's answers only raise more questions.
And least he's getting a tan.
