That's what I feel like, yeah. I got to go over there and I have to finish this guy. Of course, that's the plan, man. Go over there and knock this guy out and get the title.
-- Last month at UFC 165, Alexander Gustafsson came up short in his bid to capture the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Light Heavyweight title. He gave Jon Jones everything he could handle, yet it wasn't enough to sway the ringside judges to awarding him a decision. Despite it being such a close bout, the UFC has opted to move ahead with plans for Jones to defend his belt against Glover Teixeira at UFC 169 over Superbowl weekend. Teixeira became the next challenger when he starched Ryan Bader at UFC Fight Night: Teixeira vs Bader in Brazil. He's currently on a five fight winning streak within the Vegas-based promotion with four wins coming by way of stoppage. He's heavy handed and has world class jiu jitsu, and many believe he has the perfect combination to defeat Jon Jones. He appeared on AXS Television's 'Inside MMA' and made it pretty clear that he knows he needs to convincingly beat the champ to be the champ. As Ric Flair would say, "to be the man, you've got to beat the man." WOOOOOOOO!
