Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Welterweight Champion Georges St. Pierre will defend his division title against 170-pound number one contender Johny Hendricks at the UFC 167: "St. Pierre vs. Hendricks" pay-per-view (PPV) event, set to go down on Nov. 16, 2013 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
"Rush" is currently a -220 betting favorite.
Prior to next month's 20th Anniversary show in "Sin City," St. Pierre put some of his moves on display for the mixed martial arts (MMA) paparazzi at yesterday's (Oct. 28) UFC 167 media open workouts. While it's pretty much the same thing for the better part of 12 minutes, it's a relief to see the champ so fluid.
Especially with the way the main event injury bug has been biting in recent weeks.
