Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is all set to blow the roof off Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, with its latest pay-per-view (PPV) offering, UFC 166: "Velasquez vs. Dos Santos 3," featuring Cain Velasquez defending his Heavyweight championship against Junior dos Santos.

The other featured bout on the card is yet another Heavyweight tussle, this one pitting title contender Daniel Cormier putting that status on the line for a grudge match against Roy Nelson. Also set for the evening is a lightweight lowdown that will see Gilbert Melendez square off against Diego Sanchez.
