Earlier this week, we showed you what happened the first time Cain Velasquez went toe-to-toe with Junior dos Santos for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) heavyweight title.
Let's just say it did not end well for the champion (watch it unfold here).
"Cigano" took over as 265-pound kingpin and beat the brakes off Frank Mir in a lopsided title fight the following May. Keeping pace with the Brazilian was Velasquez, who also violently disposed of his next challenger, Antonio Silva, at the same event.
When they did the dance for a second time at UFC 155 last December, it was Velasquez who emerged the victor, following a five-round drubbing that left Dos Santos a bloody mess (pic). These two were -- and likely still are -- the two best heavyweight fighters in all of mixed martial arts (MMA), so it's no surprise to see them fighting for the third time in just over two years.

Their epic trilogy comes to a head in the main event of this Saturday night's (Oct. 19, 2013) UFC 166: "Velasquez vs. Dos Santos 3" pay-per-view (PPV) event, which is less than 24 hours away from blowing the roof off the Toyota Center in Hosuton, Texas.
