What's new in the world of combat sports? Just ask UFC President Dana White, who dishes the dirt on all the latest topics in MMA and beyond.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is just over 24 hours away from bringing mixed martial arts (MMA) fans its latest and greatest pay-per-view (PPV) offering, as UFC 166: "Velasquez vs. Dos Santos 3" lands at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, on Oct. 19, 2013.

To help get fight fans primed and ready for tomorrow night's combat sports extravaganza, UFC President Dana White took time out of his hectic schedule following his UFC 166 media scrum (watch it here) to talk turkey with Ariel Helwani about an assortment of topics, including but not limited to:

--Cain Velasquez vs. Junior dos Santos trilogy being better than B.J. Penn vs. Matt Hughes and Chuck Liddell vs. Randy Couture.

--"Stupid" Roy Nelson and Beardgate.

--Why he fired Rousimar Palhares.

--The "weird" situation involving Georges St-Pierre and the VADA drug testing "clusterfuck."

--The TUF 19 knockout that is better than the one landed by Uriah Hall on TUF 18.

--Blowing away fight fans over the next five years.

--20th Anniversary of UFC documentary and its significance, airing Nov. 5 on FOX Sports 1.

Naturally, there will be a new assortment of topics to discuss after UFC 166, as the heavyweight division finally sorts itself out with Cain Velasquez vs. Junior dos Santos in the main event and Daniel Cormier vs. Roy Nelson in the co-main.

MMAmania.com will provide LIVE round-by-round, blow-by-blow coverage of the entire UFC 166 event on fight night, starting with the Facebook "Prelims," which are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. ET, right on through the FOX Sports 1-televised under card bouts at 8 p.m. ET and then main card PPV action, which is slated to begin at 10 p.m. ET.
