Cain Velasquez is clearly the number one heavyweight fighter in all of mixed martial arts (MMA), but what about spots three through nine now that Junior dos Santos has slipped to number two?

Cain Velasquez recaptured his 265-pound title against Junior dos Santos at the UFC 155 pay-per-view (PPV) event last Saturday night (Dec. 29, 2012) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, evening the score with "Cigano" and establishing himself as the best heavyweight fighter in the world.

Any mixed martial arts (MMA) fans out there disagree?

In defeat, Dos Santos slips from the top spot -- and you know the old saying about shit rolling downhill. Now it's time to look at the best of the best in this weight class and find out who belongs where.
