The "longest" and "toughest" of his previous opponents.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones could be considered an expert in scouting this Saturday night's (Aug. 4, 2012) UFC on FOX 4: "Shogun vs. Rua" network-televised event from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

That's because "Bones" has already went toe-to-toe with all four men competing in the main and co-main event, including Mauricio Rua vs. Brandon Vera and Lyoto Machida vs. Ryan Bader.

And he's finished all four of them.

With that in mind, the reigning 205-pound titleholder took to his official Twitter account last night to offer his UFC on FOX 4 predictions, which you can check out, after the jump.

My prediction: I got Shogun by decision after a predominant striking match. Vera could make it more interesting if he uses take downs. I could see Machida stopping the fight, out classing Bader with good foot work and fast strikes. Bader needs to turn it into a brawl. Out of the four guys Lyoto was the toughest puzzle, brandon had the biggest mouth, bader felt the strongest, shogun lasted the longest. lol Just having a little fun. I really do want to wish all 4 guys good luck this weekend. Do your best, Ill do mines on the 1st.

Jones earned the division title by dominating Rua at the UFC 128 pay-per-view in April 2011 -- just over a month after choking out Bader at the UFC 126 event in Las Vegas to establish himself as the number one contender. Machida tried to reclaim the belt at UFC 140 later that year in Toronto, but was put to sleep via guillotine choke late in the second stanza.

And "The Truth" was finished in just three minutes when they clashed in 2010.

With a win over Dan Henderson, who challenges him for the 205-pound title at the UFC 151 event next month in Las Vegas, Nevada, Jones could potentially rematch one of those four men.

Any guess as to who it might be?
