Tom DeBlass vs Riki Fukuda possible for UFC on FUEL TV 6 in China

T-minus three months (and counting).

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is slowly but surely populating its UFC on FUEL TV 6 fight card, recently adding a middleweight match-up pitting Octagon sophomore Tom DeBlass vs. Grabaka's Riki Fukuda for the CotaiArena at the Venetian Macao-Resort-Hotel in the People’s Republic of China, on Nov. 10, 2012.

The Score brought word of the booking earlier today.

DeBlass (7-1) came up empty in his Octagon debut, suffering his first professional loss against Cyrille Diabate at the UFC on Fuel TV 2: "Gustafsson vs. Silva" event earlier this year. The former Ring of Combat (ROC) heavyweight champion took the "Snake" fight on less than two weeks notice and is likely to earn a mulligan for his defeat.

But don't expect any benevolence from his opponent.

Fukuda (18-6) entered the world's largest mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion on the strength of a seven-fight winning streak. Apparently, Nick Ring didn't get the memo, outpointing his Japanese foe en route to a unanimous decision victory at the UFC 127 event in early 2011.

The DEEP veteran has since posted a 1-1 record inside the Octagon, splitting a pair of unanimous decisions with Steve Cantwell (W) and Constantinos Philippou (L).

0-2 is not a great place to be in today's ultra-competitive combat landscape.

UFC on FUEL TV 6 is expected to be headlined by a middleweight match-up pitting former division kingpin Rich Franklin against ex-Strikeforce 185-pound champion Cung Le.
