I've got great news for all you mixed martial arts (MMA) fans who like to send me hate mail every time I post a pro wrestling update featuring former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar.
He's leaving World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and never coming back.
That's according to a Tout he released during last night's Monday Night RAW, where the former NCAA Division I National Champion wrestler claimed he's got nothing left to prove inside the squared circle, following his bone-crunching win over Triple H in the main event of SummerSlam.
"I came here and I accomplished everything that I said I was going to do. There's nothing left for me here to conquer. I'm leaving the WWE and I'm never coming back."
Lesnar is only contracted for a handful of appearances throughout his one-year deal with the WWE, so it's not unusual for him to show up for a pay-per-view (PPV) event, only to turn up missing when the smoke clears. He'll be back, but this latest resignation will keep him off television until summoned.
After all, he still hasn't "conquered" John Cena.
