Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White is under siege.

That kind of thing will happen when you promise someone a title shot, which is exactly what the Las Vegas fight boss did in advance of the UFC on FOX 4 network television event earlier this month at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

The light heavyweight who performed the best on the "Shogun vs. Vera" fight card would move on to face the winner of Jon Jones vs. Dan Henderson, who collide for "Bones" 205-pound title on Sept. 1, 2012 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Enter "The Dragon."

After the jump, White explains to John Morgan (via USA Today) why Lyoto Machida and his management team have been "terrorizing" him for another shot at the division title.

Check it out.

"Leading up to this fight, Shogun did turn down a fight. Shogun has not been terrorizing me for another shot at Jon Jones. Lyoto Machida has. Lyoto Machida wants it. His management has been all over me, terrorizing me to get him back to the title. What I can tell you is he wants it bad. That's very important to me -- how bad a guy actually wants that fight -- and Machida wants it bad. I'm sure Lyoto has laid in bed every night since that fight thinking of all the things he should have done and what he could do and what's possible. Now he's got it, so we'll see. We'll find out."

Machida earned a second crack at the crown -- and a chance to reclaim his light heavyweight title -- by knocking out former Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 8 Champion Ryan Bader in the UFC on FOX 4 co-main event. The win over "Darth" improved the Karate master to 2-3 over his last five.

With one of those losses coming against Jones.

Well Maniacs, it sounds like Machida is getting a bit squirrelly while waiting for Jones to settle his score with "Hendo." But which of these two fighters would you rather see "The Dragon" breathe fire on?

Opinions, please.
