UFC 150: "Henderson vs. Edgar 2" from the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colo., is officially in the books after another exciting night (Aug. 11, 2012) of pay-per-view (PPV) mixed martial arts (MMA) action.
The main event of the evening, Ben Henderson vs. Frankie Edgar, was an immediate rematch that "The Answer" requested after "Smooth" took what he felt was a controversial five-round decision earlier this year at UFC 144. Deja-vu all over again, with Henderson once again coming away with a victory, but this time (at least for me) Edgar now has a legitimate argument for controversy.
Too bad the judges decision is final and that Edgar will likely never again fight Henderson now that he's winless in two attempts. Rest assured that the powers that be, however, all exhaled a collective sigh of relief after that one ... it would have been ugly had Edgar walked away a winner.
Anyway, as usual, all the stars of the show came to dish the dirt on the event immediately afterward, including Ben Henderson, Frankie Edgar, Donald Cerrone, Melvin Guillard and Jake Shiels, among others. Naturally, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White -- who almost always emcees the post-fight event wrap up shows -- was also in attendance.
