For fans of mixed martial arts, this past week has been a slow crawl of steadily rising anticipation for tonight's "Silva vs. Sonnen 2" event, going down at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
UFC 148 will feature the most highly anticipated rematch in mixed martial arts (MMA) history, as Anderson Silva will defend his middleweight championship one more time against top division contender and Brazilian enemy Chael Sonnen.
Tito Ortiz and Forrest Griffin will also complete their trilogy in the co-featured contest that will also mark the final time "The People's Champ" steps inside the Octagon as an active competitor.
