What's Dan Henderson's gameplan heading into his UFC 151 title fight against reigning division champion Jon Jones, who meets the former Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Sept. 1, 2012?

It's quite simple, actually.

What's not so simple is the execution. "Hendo" wants to "put him on his back," something that's yet to happen inside the Octagon despite the fact "Bones" has faced some very talented wrestlers during his recent ascension to the throne.

Henderson tells MMA Fighting he's prepared to "make sure" he does it.

"I'm not your average 40 year old. I'm looking forward to going out there and proving a lot of people wrong. I haven't really paid much attention to what everyone else is saying. I know what I'm capable of doing and I just gotta make sure I do it that night. I'm gonna makes sure I put him on his back and we haven't seen him there. We'll see how that goes."
