Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) took control of Massey Hall earlier today (July 24, 2012) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to kick things off for its upcoming pay-per-view (PPV) event scheduled for Sept. 22, 2012, at the Air Canada Centre.
UFC 152: "Benavidez vs. Johnson" will feature the conclusion of the mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion's mini flyweight tournament to crown its first-ever 125-pound champion when Joseph Benavidez collides with Demetrious Johnson in the main event of the evening.
Naturally, both combatants were on hand at today's press conference to answer questions and stare each other down.
In middleweight main card action, Brian Stann will look to silence Michael Bisping and his calls for a division title shot, while homegrown talent Rory MacDonald will attempt to use B.J. Penn as a stepping stone for his ascent to the top of the 170-pound contender class.
See "The Count" and the "All American" go nose-to-nose after the jump.
Sadly, there was no one for "Ares" to square off against, probably because the weather is real nice this time of year in Hawaii. For our UFC 152 press conference video replay click here.
