The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 2 champion, Joe Stevenson, was looking to get back into the win column when he signed up for last weekend's Resurrection Fighting Alliance (RFA) 3 event from the Viaero Events Center in Kearney, Nebraska, on Sat., June 30, 2012.
Dakota Cochrane had other ideas.
TUF 15's most controversial contestant took control of Stevenson in the second round, strangling "Daddy" with a rear naked choke at the 1:04 mark and snapping a two-fight losing streak in the process. The loss for Stevenson, which came in his first fight after nearly a year on the sidelines, was his fifth straight.
But that's not all.
RFA 3 featured a couple of big name up-and-comers, including Chidi Njokuani from the UFC bloodlines and Bubba Jenkins of NCAA wrestling fame.
