Dana White UFC 149 video blog (Episode one)

Fight week, blog week!

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White returns with his popular promotional series, taking to YouTube.com to promote the upcoming UFC 149: "Faber vs. Barao" mixed martial arts (MMA) event that takes place this weekend (July 21, 2012) from the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

White starts off in Australia where he filmed the first episode of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF): "Smashes" and then takes us behind the scenes at UFC 148, where we get a unique look at the fighters before and after their bouts on Fourth of July weekend in Las Vegas, Nevada.

We also get to hear Tito Ortiz detail his latest post-fight injury -- a meniscus tendon in his knee that was "taken out" eight weeks before his "Fight of the Night" battle with Forrest Griffin, who gets chewed out by the "Sin City" fight boss for tucking tail after beating "The People's Champion."

But, that's not all -- we also get to see an uncharacteristically nervous Ronda Rousey, an even more uncharacteristically humble Chael Sonnen and the Pastaweight Champion of the world, Matt Serra, who looks like a pint-sized Bane.

Enjoy!
